TRAVEL GRANTS
TRAVEL GRANTS - rules for application
Thanks to our kind sponsors, namely the International Society of Andrology (ISA) and European Academy of Andrology (EAA), we have some travel grants to offer.
These travel grants are directed to young scientists that want to participate in this meeting and that do not have any other financial support.
In order to apply you should sent an e-mail to 20etw.orgcommittee.portugal@gmail.com, with the subject “Travel Grant application_ last name_ first name” (for example Travel Grant application_Amaral_Sandra), until 16th January 2018, and include the following documents:

Motivation letter (1 page maximum, font size 11, double space);

Estimated expenses (Realistic!) and their justification;

Short CV (1 page maximum, font size 11, space 1.5) that should include the following:
a. Personal information
b. Current position, affiliation and address (in the case you are a receiving a fellowship, you have to mention it in this topic, including the funding agency)
c. Professional career (Previous Positions, Scientific Degrees, and Education)
d. Selected relevant publications (within the last 5 years)
e. Grants (within the last 5 years)
f. Awards and Honors (within the last 5 years)
g. Selected international conferences
4. A letter from your supervisor/ department responsible certifying, upon honor, that you don’t have any other financial aid.
5. Your miniposter (PDF format)
Note: These documents are all mandatory.
The travel grants attribution will be decided based on the evaluation of these documents, by the 20th ETW local and scientific organizing committee and the decision will be announced by e-mail before the miniposter submission deadline (31st January 2018).
The travel grants will vary according to the presented expenses and will cover 75% of all travel expenses, up to 1000 euros.
The selected applicants should keep their original bills (mandatory), as they will be requested by the organizing committee and our sponsors.
The payment will be made by bank transfer after the meeting.
