11th NYRA Meeting

The Network for Young Researchers in Andrology (NYRA - http://nyra-youngresearch.eu/) previously called International Network for Young Researchers in Male Fertility, was founded in April 2006 during the 14th European Testis Workshop in Germany, with the goal of assisting young researchers and stimulating science quality in the field.

NYRA is committed to establishing global networks between young scientists in testis research and to promote cooperation and exchange of expertise. Joining the network is free and allows rapid access to relevant information (such as congresses announcements, job vacancies, NYRA news, etc). Starting in 2008, the network has organized annual meetings in different European countries (either independently or as satellite meetings in connection with European Testis Workshops).

This time there will be no exception: the 11th NYRA meeting will take place in Portugal (http://www.nyra2018.nyra-youngresearch.eu/), preceding the 20th ETW. Given that the majority of participants are young, the audience is relatively small and the ETW atmosphere is one of our inspirations, the environment in NYRA meetings is truly informal and young researchers feel more confident to actively participate in discussions.
